Raden Maulana Damarjati, S.H. (“Maulana”) is a cum laude graduate of the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University. He earned his degree in 2025 with a thesis on aviation law and honed his skills through national contract drafting and international moot court competitions, along with achievements in student organizations.

As an associate at Altruist Lawyers, he focuses on dispute resolution and corporate matters. Maulana handles cases ranging from bankruptcy and suspension of payment to commercial disputes, civil litigation, employment issues, and early-stage criminal proceedings. On the corporate side, he advises on legal due diligence, compliance, land registration, and diplomatic matters.

Recognized for his grit and resilience, Maulana has taken on significant responsibilities early in his career. Notably, he is managing a bankruptcy case involving debts of up to IDR 200 billion alongside the receivers. His adaptability, curiosity, and approachable style have been essential in enabling him to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including counterpart lawyers, court authorities, and the police.
